This policy covers project inquiries submitted to Indigena Royalty Creative Co.
What we collect
The inquiry form collects your name, email, phone number, business name, service interest, budget, timeline and project message. We also store your inquiry contact permission and its wording/version, plus your separate email marketing choice, its wording/version and a timestamp only when you opt in. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records.
How we use it
Inquiry information is used to review your project and respond by email or phone. Required inquiry permission is not permission for an ongoing marketing list. Optional marketing permission is for occasional emails only, never promotional text messages. Declining marketing does not affect your ability to submit an inquiry.
Email marketing is not currently active
We record your choice but do not currently send campaigns or automated inquiry alerts. If email campaigns are introduced, an unsubscribe option must be included before marketing is sent. You can opt out at any time, including by submitting a request through our contact page.
Storage and access
Submitted inquiries are stored in the private Lovable Cloud database. The website provides no public inquiry listing or browser access to saved records. Authorized workspace access is used to review inquiries. Hosting and storage providers process information to operate the website; we do not sell inquiry details.
Retention and your requests
Records remain stored for project follow-up and consent reference; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. You may request access, correction, deletion or a change to marketing permission through the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain information needed for legal obligations or an ongoing agreement.
Questions or a privacy request
Use the inquiry form and identify your message as a privacy request. Choose “Not sure yet” and “Need guidance” if the project choices do not apply. Inquiry permission allows us to respond to that request; leave marketing unchecked if you do not want marketing emails.
